当ブログでは20年に１度体験する身近な人の火葬ということが、困惑や抵抗がないように、難しい事を簡単に解説して今後の後悔のない通過儀礼である葬送を行ってもらえるような記事を投稿しています。
関東甲信越で場長補佐として約12年間勤務している現役火葬場職員です。
日本で唯一の火葬に関する資格「火葬技術管理士1級」を取得しています。
現在までに約50,000体の火葬・ご収骨を担当し、霊柩車の運行も約5,000件に携わってきました。
また、火葬報告書の作成・提出、職員の勤務表やローテーションの作成、健康診断などの労働衛生管理補佐、関係各所との調整など、現場業務と並行して裏方業務も担当しています。
人の尊厳を扱うわけですから、最大限の敬意を持ってお一人お一人と真剣に向き合っていました。
「死」とは究極のプライバシーであり、この記事で取り上げるのは決して面白半分でお話する訳ではなく身近な人の火葬で後悔をして欲しくないためであります。

I am a working crematorium staff member, known as Cremation Director™.
On this blog, I share information about cremation and funerals—topics that people rarely have the opportunity to learn about in daily life—in a simple and easy-to-understand way. My goal is to help readers go through funeral and memorial services, which are important life transitions, with as little confusion or regret as possible.

Profile
I am a currently working crematorium staff member serving as an assistant manager in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region with approximately 12 years of experience.
I hold the Cremation Technology Manager Grade 1 certification, which is considered a rare qualification in Japan related to cremation practices.
So far, I have been involved in approximately 50,000 cremation and bone collection cases, and have also participated in around 5,000 hearse transport operations.
In addition, I have been responsible for administrative duties such as preparing and submitting cremation reports, managing staff schedules and rotations, supporting occupational health and safety management including health checkups, and coordinating with related organizations, all while working on-site operations.

Therefore, I always approach each case with the utmost respect and sincerity.
